Our facilitated construction partnering
workshops follow the method taught at the
Partnering
Leadership training sessions given nationwide. They
focus on the key areas of the construction project and go
into detail on successful project management. Each partnering
workshop is tailored to specific projects and follows the
guidance of the key stakeholder representatives. The construction
partnering workshops are characterized by facilitation and
coaching from partnering facilitators
Larry
Bonine or
Kelly
Hall and major interaction among the project participants.
Agreements and commitments made by participants are recorded
and a notebook is provided to each attendee as a record
of the charter and step-by-step proceedings of the session.

Pinnacle Leadership’s Construction Partnering Program is
three-fold. First we have a training session for the key
players in a project from both the owner and the contractor.
This training essentially teaches the participants how to
partner.
The next part of the Partnering program is the actual Partnering
Workshop with all the major participants in the project
in attendance. This workshop is key to the success of the
project. Here, the common goals and objectives are outlined,
the mission is clarified and key measurements are identified.
Finally, the follow up workshops are facilitated at agreed
upon regular intervals. These are vital to the ongoing success
of a Partnered project. The project is assessed in relation
to the previously identified goals and objectives. These
follow-ups help keep the project in line after the initial
workshop.
