AUDIO VISUAL NEEDS

These are items that are necessary for Larry to present his program in the most effective way:

1. Overhead projector
2. Screen - please make sure the size of screen is appropriate to the size of the audience. Should the screen be too small, a large number of the audience will be unable to see.
3. Depending on the size of the group, a wireless lavaliere microphone.
4. An easel with paper
5. Wide tip markers in various dark colors
6. A table in the back for books and copies of the handouts.

HOW TO GET MORE VALUE

One way to get more value for your money is to have Larry come and speak when he is already in the area. Please look at his current schedule for the next 3 - 4 months to see when he is in an area nearby. If he is currently scheduled to be in the area, you can save on travel expenses.

Another way to increase the value of having Larry come and speak is to use his services as much as possible while he is there, rather than only for a keynote speaker. Here are some ideas:

1. Have him moderate a panel
2. Have a special session
3. Have him submit topic appropriate articles for your company newsletter before and/or after his program.
