Kelly is an experienced and enthusiastic facilitator and trainer. Her background includes assignments with the AZ Quality Alliance and a large AZ homebuilder as their quality manager.

She is currently devoting her time to facilitating partnering workshops with a number of Departments of Transportation and their contractors.

She has a degree in Management with Honours from the University of St. Andrews, Scotland. Her thesis was on Partnering in the Public Sector.
